We have fewer complaints on quality which used to worry me before and the overall consistency is there. Also, when we do have a problem, it gets identified in our meeting rhythms and dealt with accordingly. We have seen a 30% increase in sales, our production lead time is 45 from 60 days, wastage is down to 3% from 5%, quality of our samples has improved and the feedback from customers is great, profit before tax is 22% compared to 16%."

10 years ago the EMyth Revisited book was handed to me by an old friend and mentor, with the words “you must read this”. The book was a real mind shift for me in theories of best business practices. One year ago, we signed up to work with Emyth and Manoj, as we knew we were not practising as much should, and we wanted to change that.

My greatest concern prior to starting our coaching was around the time commitments, and secondly the costs. Instead however, the investment of time and money, has returned many times over.

When I first signed up for coaching, I was looking forward to learning new things, working on the business processes and systems or as EMyth puts it, working “On” the business. Instead, we first started working on values. It was a slow process of identifying and defining my values. As a result, I have more free time.
